In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 wellness apps in Brazil displayed diverse performance metrics, reflecting their popularity and user engagement. Here’s a closer look at their weekly trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner showed impressive weekly revenues, peaking at approximately $34K in mid-February. However, revenue declined towards the end of March, reaching around $7.4K. The app started the quarter strong with about 161K downloads in the first week of January, but this number gradually decreased to around 38K by the end of March. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, starting at 173K and fluctuating down to approximately 121K.

Meditopia: AI, Meditation experienced relatively stable weekly revenue, starting at $16K and ending the quarter slightly lower at approximately $11.9K. Downloads, however, saw a notable decline from 16.8K in the first week of January to about 4K by the end of March. Weekly active users also decreased from 192K to around 148K over the quarter.

Calm had a consistent revenue stream, beginning at $11.3K and peaking at $15.2K in early February before settling at approximately $10.6K by the end of March. Downloads varied, with significant spikes, particularly in mid-March, reaching up to 35.2K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 135K and ending at around 123K.

ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound saw its weekly revenue peak at $29.2K in mid-February, eventually decreasing to about $9.7K by the end of March. The app had a notable increase in downloads in early February with 57.8K, but this number dropped to around 19.6K by late March. Active users also fluctuated, starting at 26.9K and ending the quarter with approximately 43K.

Headspace: Sleep & Meditation showed a steady revenue trend, beginning at $6.9K and peaking at $11.9K in mid-January before ending the quarter at around $7.9K. Downloads were relatively low, peaking at around 4K in early March and falling to 817 by the end of the month. Active users remained consistent, starting at 13.3K and ending at roughly 10.9K.
